Mirka del Amo

Manager of Personal Injury Pre-Litigation & Real Estate Department

Mirka del Amo has worked at Del Amo Law for over 20 years. Mirka's full time job is to address our clients' concerns. She handles real estate closings and pre litigation medical cases. Mirka is an expert negotiator and has a proven track record of obtaining significant reductions in medical bills for her clients in order to make the case settle. If a client calls with an emergency after hours, she gets that call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Mirka can address our client's concern faster than any other person at Del Amo Law because she has 24 hour access to the owner of the firm, who just happens to be her husband.

Yaumara Ballester-Moreno

Office Manager and Bookkeeper

Yaumara Ballester-Moreno has been our full charge bookkeeper and office manager since 2004. She has a degree in Accounting from The School of Business and Economic Studies Ramon Paz Borroto in Habana, Cuba. She has been a stellar bookkeeper for over 20 years. She is fluent in Spanish and English. Her personnel management skills, winning personality, and operational resourcefulness make her an invaluable member of our team.

Lorena Merlo

Legal Assistant - Personal Injury Pre-Litigation & Real Estate

Lorena Merlo has worked at Del Amo Law since 2004. She has extensive knowledge and experience in real estate matters, and primarily works on real estate closings. Over the years Del Amo Law has developed a volume practice in real estate closings. However, Lorena gives each client the personal attention he/she deserves. She also works in the pre-litigation Personal Injury Department, and is fully bilingual.

Nicole Garcia

Legal Assistant - Personal Injury Litigation, Real Estate, and Business & Civil and Public Relations & Marketing

Nicole Garcia is our personal injury, foreclosure, and first party property insurance claims litigation legal assistant, as well as Carlos del Amo’s personal assistant. Nicole is working on a psychology and criminal justice major at Florida International University. She has been handling a large case load of complex litigation matters for over 2 years, and is now running the marketing and social media aspects of Del Amo Law. As with all our staff, she is fully bilingual.

Darrani Rodriguez

Legal Assistant - Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Litigation

Darrani Rodriguez is one of the legal assistants of the PIP Department. Darrani is attending Miami-Dade College to complete her Nursing major. She has been part of Del Amo Law’s team for over 2 years. With her ability to manage a large case load and her ability to provide an effective and professional environment, Darrani has become a great asset to our team. She works very well under pressure, and she gets the job done. She is, also, fluent in both English and Spanish.

Natalie Garcia

Legal Assistant - Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Litigation

Natalie Garcia is fluent in both English and Spanish, she possesses great communications skills and strives to get the job done. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University wherein she majored in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology studies. She is seeking to pursue her career in law. As one of the legal assistants in the PIP Department, she is mainly responsible for coordinating all hearings with opposing counsel.

Karina del Amo

Legal Assistant - Personal Injury Pre-Litigation and Family Law

Karina del Amo is one of our personal injury pre-litigation legal assistants and the family law legal assistant. With her ability to be efficient and professional, she is able to ensure that our personal injury and family law cases move along swiftly and accordingly giving our clients the peace of mind they deserve. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is, also, the daughter of Carlos and Mirka del Amo.

Sahily Espinosa

Paralegal - Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Litigation

Sahily Espinosa is one of our newest members at Del Amo Law and its PIP Department. With her ability to be efficient and professional, she ensures that our PIP cases move forward quickly and, therefore, gives our clients the peace of mind they deserve. Fluent in English and Spanish, she recently received her paralegal certificate from Florida International University.

Nicole Vellojin

Receptionist

The first smiling face to greet you at Del Amo Law is Nicole's and she is, also, one of our newest members at Del Amo Law. Nicole has great communications skills and is a great liaison between the clients and the attorneys. Born and raised in Miami, she is fluent in both English and Spanish.
