Having represented businesses and insurance carriers in the areas of employment law and workers’ compensation, and subsequently having tried hundreds of bench trials and over a dozen jury trials to verdict as an Assistant State Attorney, Michael Tichenor brings to Del Amo Law his litigation experience of over 25 years with a concentration in matters of personal injury protection, insurance claims, foreclosure, and general civil litigation.
Robert C. Seitz, with unparalleled achievement in County and Circuit Court, has litigated new and unique issues and obtained thousands of favorable settlements and judgments for his clients, and is now the managing attorney of the No-Fault Litigation (Personal Injury Protection-P.I.P.) Department.
